Garantez beneficii in functie de implicare: respectiv din a doua luna (sau chiar din prima daca tragi tare) vreau sa implementez bonuri de masa, card de carburant, POATE asigurare suplimentara de sanatate, iar daca ne straduim mai mult, incerc sa bag si bonuri de vacanta (evident pentru pentru persoanele cu contract de munca).

Daca iti fac contract si stai degeaba, nu primesti NIMIC.
